A semester-long project for a Human-Computer Interaction class. My teammates and I developed a conversational, virtual bulletin board interface to support our local vendors at the Blacksburg Farmers Market. Learn more about the project here.

Marketing Undergraduate Research

During my time as an undergrad, I worked alongside Dr. Rowena Crabbe on a research project to understand the status of entrepreneurship for POCs and how that looks like through the lens of the marketing industry. I was responsible for conducting my own research on previous entrepreurhsip poicies, and organizing and analyzing the data collected.

AI Project: ReelRatings

A semester-long mini project for an Artificial Intelligence class. My teammates and I developed a movie recommendation analyzer that uses sentiment analysis to help users determine if movie reviews carry a positive, negative, or neutral sentiment. Sentiment analysis is a great innovative tool to understand what users think and feel about certain products or services, and can be a key component in leading marketing research and tactics.
